Protecting intellectual property rights

Last updated: February 2026

Our Approach to Copyright

AITechNews respects the intellectual property rights of others. Our content is generated by AI systems that rewrite and summarize information from publicly available news sources. We always attribute the original source publication on each article.

However, we understand that AI-generated content based on copyrighted material may sometimes go beyond fair use. We take copyright concerns seriously and respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on AITechNews infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. URL(s) of the infringing content on our site.
  3. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Submit

Send your DMCA notice via our contact page with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request" or email us at [email protected].

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim promptly (typically within 48 hours)
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Make a good faith effort to prevent similar content from being generated in the future

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the removed content and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of blocking content sources that are the subject of repeated valid DMCA complaints. If a specific RSS feed or source consistently generates copyright concerns, we will remove it from our automated pipeline.

Good Faith

AITechNews operates in good faith as a news aggregation service. Our AI rewrites source material rather than copying it verbatim, and we always credit original sources. If you are a news publisher and would like your content excluded from our aggregation, please contact us and we will promptly add your feeds to our exclusion list.
